Process of Making the Fibers
The beginning of the process is extruding the making of the Fibers.
Creeling of the Fibers
The area where the fibers are hung and from the creel strands go towards the tufting machine.
Tufting Process
The yarn than goes directly to the machine where it is than sewed onto two 13 pic backings.
Mending and Inspection
We then inspect the turf to make sure that it is perfect and if yarn is missing we follow up with mending the missing spots.
Coating
To finish the process we coat the turf in either polyurethane or with padding.
